Note: conventions with * have either not updated for several years, have a malfunctioning website, or may be defunct.

Note: DeepSouthCon lists a contact email but it is specified as being for "general concerns."

Note: Otonadake Con doesn't have a "harassment" policy, but rather a "No Touch" one. This is confusing when combined with their "green" and "red" wristbands that are supposed to indicate whether a person is fine with photos and being touched or not; is touching allowed, or is it not? If it's allowed in any capacity, it's best not to call your policy "no touch." While the policy states they wish to create safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for "all attendees, exhibitors, and staff," specific information is not given as to whether it applies to all staff and what to do if staff violates the policy. While we are happy to see the effort in not relying on the phrase "cosplay is not consent," the best way to prove you are committed to a safe environment is to assume incidents will happen and make reporting available to all. No amount of engendering a culture of consent covers a worst case scenario.
