Note: conventions with * have either not updated for several years, have a malfunctioning website, or may be defunct.

Note: Arkansas HorrorFest has a presence on Facebook, but its website appears to be disconnected. It was not previously rated and cannot be truly evaluated unless or until its website is fixed.

Note: Little Rock Anime Festival's harassment policy is a graphic only, not searchable text. We would recommend that this policy be turned into text for ease of finding. It is on their page called About Us but that page does not actually seem to be linked through the website organically at time of evaluation, we had to go through the AnimeCons.Com page to find it. Furthermore, the last sentence of this policy states, "if there is further incident, we will have you arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law." Not only does this deter targets, especially from marginalized groups, from reporting due to the implications of mandatory police involvement, but it shows very little understanding of how incidents of reported harassment are actually treated within the corrections and legal professions (very many are seen as a waste of time and effort and are never escalated to this level).

Note: Not Just Another Comic Con's policy is barely more than "cosplay is not consent."" It lists consequences for "any conduct or action which creates an offensive or hostile environment is prohibited and will be grounds for immediate ejection," which may or may not apply to harassment.

Note: Spa-Con's policy is a linked PDF as well as linked to a page titled "cosplay is not consent." This may not be intuitive.
