Indiana

If you know of a convention that needs to be added to the list or have updated your own convention's policy, you can fill out the form here. If you find any broken links or have any questions about this page, please contact Fractali at admin@cosplayer-ssn.org. This is a perpetual work in progress!

A guide to some of Indiana's laws can be found here.

A means they meet the criterion.
A means they have partially met the criterion.
A means they fail the criterion.

Additional notes for clarification can be found below the table.

Note: conventions with * have either not updated for several years, have a malfunctioning website, or may be defunct.

Note: InConJunction's policy is linked at the bottom of every page, above the footer. It is in relatively small print. While there is a list of additional contact resources outside of the convention, and there is an email for the con chair listed just above the policy link at the bottom of every page, it does not specify that you can email regarding a specific report of harassment.

Note: Indiana Comic Convention's reporting system, while present, is not intuitive. When you click, "CLICK HERE FOR DIRECTIONS ON SUBMITTING AN ANONYMOUS OR PERSONAL REPORT," it takes you back to the menu of Help Desk/FAQ. Underneath the "Policies" button, there is a button reading "Submit a Request." To submit an anonymous report, you must follow that button and scroll through the drop-down menu to find, "Submit a Report."

Note: RamenCon's policy provides information about what to do if a staffer is the problem, but the solution is to contact the con chair, who may or may not be held accountable for their own actions. While we are not implying they would be or are a harasser/offender, it could be an issue in the future, particularly if the convention should change hands.
