If you know of a convention that needs to be added to the list or have updated your own convention's policy, you can fill out the form here. If you find any broken links or have any questions about this page, please contact Fractali at admin@cosplayer-ssn.org. This is a perpetual work in progress!

Note: conventions with * have either not updated for several years, have a malfunctioning website, or may be defunct.

Note: AnthroExpo's harassment policy currently cannot be found through the main navigation. We had to search AnthroExpo + harassment on a search engine to bring up the page.

Note: Free Fur All only includes one sentence passively mentioning harassment. For information on why Free Fur All has been flagged with two asterisks, please see the Buzzfeed article linked here. This convention has been associated with the f@r right.

Note: GalaxyCon Oklahoma City's mention of harassment can be found only by navigating to Live Event FAQs, clicking "what are your safety policies," then following through to click the "here" link. It is not sufficient enough to call it a policy.

Note: Tokyo, OK's mention of is located under "FAQ" > "Cosplay and You!" > "Cosplay is not Consent." Targets of harassment can and do include people who are not cosplaying, so we would strongly recommend that discussing any policy on harassment be moved to the Code of Conduct for all attendees.

Note: Tulkon's mention of harassment is located under the FAQ link at the bottom of the home page, then under the section labeled "Costuming." It is not mentioned in the entire section labeled "Code of Conduct."
