Note: conventions with * have either not updated for several years, have a malfunctioning website, or may be defunct.

Note: Chattacon's policy specifically includes the phrase, "Do you really have to ask?" We would urge Chattacon to consider that there is no such thing as "common sense" and that treating this topic seriously will reduce confusion as to the convention's stance on it.

Note: At time of evaluation, while Clarksville Anime-Fest's page has a tab for FAQ, it does not link anywhere.

Note: Memphis Comic and Fantasy Convention's policy is found under the top navigation bar via Contact Us > Rules of Conduct. Consequences are not fully defined in that the membership is revoked "IF the offense warrants such action." Who gets to decide that? It is not determined in the policy, so it is not specific enough. Additionally, the policy states that if an assault occurs, one should call 911. It does not specify whether this is intended to be the rule for physical altercations or sexual assault. For physical altercations, this may be the appropriate action. For situations regarding sexual assault, we would urge this convention to understand that calling 911 or involving police is neither always optimal or possible depending on the circumstances.

Note: MidSouthCon's policy states that if an assault occurs, one should call 911. It does not specify whether this is intended to be the rule for physical altercations or sexual assault. For physical altercations, this may be the appropriate action. For situations regarding sexual assault, we would urge this convention to understand that calling 911 or involving police is neither always optimal or possible depending on the circumstances.

Note: Supernatural Official Convention Nashville's policy states that the complete policy is located on printed materials. We can neither confirm this nor count it as a full policy, as per our rules, the policy must be additionally available online if it exists in printed form.

Note: Yama-Con has a support email listed under its "Membership Policies," but it is unclear if one is unable to report harassment to this email. If this can be confirmed, Yama-Con will qualify for a 6/6 score.
