Note: conventions with * have either not updated for several years, have a malfunctioning website, or may be defunct.

Note: Anime Washington's policy states that it "does not tolerate verbal or physical harassment in any form by anyone." However, one could argue that this does not include other types of harassment, abuse, stalking, etc. by staff or a guest, especially because later in the policy it says "If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the Anime Washington staff may take any action they deem appropriate," which implies that staff are the end-all deciders and may not be held accountable to the policy themselves.

Note: To find Anime Wonder Washington's full harassment policy, you must click through Info > FAQs and Help Center > Code of Conduct > 2. Harassment-Free Environment bullet 2: For more information on our Event Safety and Harassment Policy, visit HERE. The page it leads to does not function at time of evaluation.

Note: Jet City Comic Show's policy is under "cosplay guidelines."

Note: Kobe Con's policy just states that harassment is prohibited.

Note: KuroNekoCon requires you to enter your email and, notably, your birthdate to report an incident via the Google form.
